Tension Control Bolts commonly referred to as TC Bolts are used in critical steel applications. They feature a spline at the end of the thread that disconnects using a specialized tool when the correct tension is reached. All TC Bolts come with a matching DH Heavy Hex Nut and F436 Washer. With the use of a shear wrench Tension Control Bolts are easier to install and removes the likelihood of operator error by guaranteeing correct tension through visual inspection.
