Customer Service
Our supplier left us high and dry. No Anchor Bolts, and concrete coming the next day. We found Anchor Bolt Express online and called. I told Nicole about our dilemma, since everybody was at lunch she personally made up and boxed our order and made sure we got the on the truck for Next Day. We got the bolts and the schedule was saved. Their customer service and Nicole are great, and we now have a new vendor!
